Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room offered a magnificent view, and it was spacious and clean. However, I did encounter a few downsides like limited Wi-Fi and some noise from neighboring rooms. Open parking might not be ideal during severe weather, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety.
My stay at this resort was really disappointing. The rooms had cleanliness issues and the service was lacking, leading to a frustrating experience overall. While the location offered a nice view, the dining options weren't very appetizing and the facilities needed better maintenance. Overall, I expected more for the price I paid.
My stay here was quite the mixed bag. I loved the fantastic sea views and enjoyed the delicious Halal meals offered. The wooden cabins added a nice touch, as did the warm hospitality from Nombusa. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired and many amenities were lacking, making for a somewhat disappointing overall experience.
My stay at Sugar Beach Resort was truly refreshing. I came all the way from Botswana, seeking a peaceful getaway, and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Chantelle, who really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The location is perfect, just a minute's walk to a beautiful beach, although it's not ideal for swimming. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the breakfast was definitely worthwhile. Overall, this spot made for a lovely family retreat.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the magnificent views and clean rooms, the poor housekeeping and dining options really detracted from the experience. The service had its moments, but the lack of attention to detail left a lot to be desired, and the limited breakfast selection was underwhelming. It's clear that there's potential for improvement in several areas.
